How do I return?
- Email your order number, email address and issue to: Info@ellashairandbeautysupply.com
- Include in the email the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of your initial order.
- Items must be in original new condition.
- For all hair extensions and wigs — MUST BE UNWORN, uncut including hair or lace (when applicable), and no hair products used on the item.
- You may NOT try the item(s) on.
- Must have all original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return solely at our discretion.
- If your returned merchandise is denied, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the items back to you.
- Cosmetics are FINAL SALE and are NOT returnable.
Are there any charges for the return?
- A re-stocking fee may be applied at our discretion.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
